Hi Im in the North of Fife in Scotland and am looking for someone to lay a new lawn.
its around 300m2
looked at loads of so called local landscapers?? had a few chancers say just lay turf.
I have just had a load of black earth that has a  few stones and weeds spread by a JCB. but now I need someone to give it the works.
so what should I pay and what questions should I ask.
